Everyone loves a love story.
The concept of love is so simple and so complex. It is easy to identify in both it’s presence and it’s absence. Story telling is at the heart of all of our experiences. The stories we hear as children, the stories our family and friends share with us now and most importantly the stories we tell ourselves. As healers ours is a love story in all it’s glory. Love for each other and a shared love of being in service.
In recognising our interconnectedness and the greatness of the whole our practice seeks to serve all, one by one. In healing ourselves, we may change our story. And that impacts on all of us. In choosing to heal ourselves the story we’re telling ourselves is one of self-love, self-acceptance and self-realisation.
For each of us is the one, whole and complete.
Engaging in our natural intelligence
Our principles and application of our work is based upon on two potentially divergent viewpoints, neuroscience and energetics. For whilst some may state they either believe in science or they are a spiritual person, time and time again, our realities prove these are simply two sides of the same coin. We may explain our experiences scientifically or spiritually. But the naming or the adding of nomenclature does not change the experience itself. And we can use both in engaging the natural intelligence that gives us life.
The body has the capacity to heal and knows how to heal itself. The intelligence that runs through the autonomic nervous system is the greatest healer in the world. Honouring this system is at the heart of everything we do.
In aspiring to a regulated nervous system you are showing yourself love so you may become all that you seek to be. You’ll be getting in flow and flourishing in life.

This is offered in-person at our location. This modality requires an initial consultation followed by entrainment sessions which may be weekly, bi-weekly, or less frequently.
