Integral Energetics

Integral Energetics (IE) recognises the relationship between mind, body and spirit..  IE offers clients a range of wellness benefits that are more than just the release of tension, the easing of symptoms or the reduction in discomfort.  Clients report beneficial outcomes in relation to their mental and emotional lives. This could be greater focus, the ability to remain calm and more harmony in their interpersonal relationships.

The aim of an IE session is integration and the achievement of outcomes recognised through the acronym FACES.  This means clients may achieve

Flexibility - an increase in physical, emotional and mental flexibility

Adaptability - an increase in the capacity to more easily and positively adapt to change

Coherence - an improvement in the presence of a strong sense of self and internal leadership

Energy - an increase in energy levels across all domains available for living

Stability - a greater internal sense of safety and security and presence

IE is delivered through an entrainment session facilitating the release of tension and the integration of the nervous system and the energetic field which surrounds the physical body.

Energetic Healing

We offer Reiki, for humans and for animals, chakra balancing, crystal healing and the Pellowah Healing Technique.

Reiki means life force energy. Receiving Reiki will facilitate your own natural healing mechanisms. This channelled energy is able to bypass the symptom and allow healing of the cause. Reiki promotes harmony and balance on a physical, emotional and energetic level.  Our animals can feel our emotions and can sometimes take on our own life force patterns. Animal Reiki is healing for the animal and their human and strengthens the bond between them.

Chakra balancing is a powerful way of getting back or heightening your energy flow.

Crystal healing incorporates crystals chosen to heighten your connectedness.

Pellowah is an Angelic word for “radical shift in consciousness.” The Pellowah Healing Technique is a tool for enlightenment.

Intuitive Coaching & Readings

Many of us have a standard operating mode. This is who I am, this is what I do, this is how I show up. Our patterns and beliefs drive our regular and well-known actions.  As Gandhi eloquently stated, man often becomes what he believes himself to be. Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits. These patterns don’t always serve us; on occasion we know this, sometimes we don’t. In our difficulties, or rather our growth opportunities, these patterns potentially hold us back, restrict us or create the same situation again and again, even if the specific details seem somewhat different. So we tell ourselves the same stories.

In analysing our behaviours, we engage our conscious mind. We apply what we know, execute the practical solutions and do what we consider to be the right thing. And this is useful. It becomes even more powerful when we can consider how we feel. When we discover and explore those feelings and emotions that are present for us. Through Intuitive Coaching we explore what you do and how you feel and what you may be telling yourself.

Space Cleansing

There are places and spaces that are enormously important to us, our homes and our work places. Just as energy may get stuck, trapped or stored in our physical bodies, energy or vibrations may get stuck and stale in the places where we rest, restore and flourish or the places where we work, play and flourish.

A space cleansing session will commence with discovering your sense of your space, and aligning to how you’d like it to feel.  Energy will be broken up using sound and together we will choose a blend to smoke which will combine with white light intention.

Once the session is complete you may consider a crystal grid to heighten and maintain your new vibe.
